Our Story:

Headquartered in Houston, Dagen was founded by Tiffany Wallace, who holds more than 20 years of experience in the staffing industry. Our offices are located in Houston and Dallas, but we work with clients and candidates nationwide. Since our founding in 2001, our company has grown to include an amazing team of experienced professionals. At Dagen, we value kindness, respect, and decency. About Tiffany:

Specializes in: Corporate Positions Including Human Resources and Accounting

Tiffany Wallace founded Dagen Personnel, LLC in October of 2001. Prior to opening Dagen, she worked for Corestaff Services.  She ran two successful on-site clients, Dynegy and American General Life.  After Corestaff, she was in staffing sales and downtown was her territory. She believes working downtown every day allowed her to learn the landscape and fall in love with Houston.  Tiffany is now responsible for the strategic management and development of the Houston and Dallas locations for Dagen. Tiffany is involved with operations and sales to ensure clients receive customized solutions, quality candidates, and an overall positive buying experience. She works directly with all levels of the Dagen team to position the company for sustained and continued growth.  Tiffany is the President for Texas Staffing, Recruiting and Search Association and attends many energy organizations.  Tiffany holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Baylor University. Spending time with family and enjoying vacations on the beach are important to Tiffany, but faith in God is her foundation.

About Camille:

Specializes in: Finance and Accounting

Camille McBride brings more than 25 years of global macro hedge fund experience to Dagen’s financial placement division. Previously serving as the Global Director of Operations for HBK Capital Management, she worked collaboratively across departments and understands what is needed to build strong teams. She holds a BBA in Accounting from Abilene Christian University. Camille lives in Dallas with her husband, two cats, and an Australian Shepherd. Her daughter is enrolled in the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas in Austin. Camille spends her spare time reading books, listening to podcasts, and attending spin class. A lover of animals, she supports Dog and Kitty City, her local no-kill shelter.

About Angie:

Specializes in: Corporate Positions Including Human Resources and Accounting

Angie Lawson is the Vice President of Recruiting. Angie joined Dagen 5 years ago as the Recruiting Manager and has proven her strength lies in building strong relationships. Angie has over 20 years of Human Resources experience working in small, midsize and international organizations. Her industry experience includes the oil and gas, energy, aeronautics industries. In addition to working as a Human Resources Advisor her expertise includes recruitment, benefits administration and compensation. She has a well-rounded background that provides an edge when recruiting top talent. Angie has the ability to communicate with all levels of individuals and she cares about the person and their future. Angie has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from LeTourneau University. When Angie is not out walking her two puppies she is active in ministry activities, likes to travel and believes in family.

About Laura:

Specializes in: Finance, Executive Assistants

Laura Bruhn has more than 10 years of experience working in both the hedge fund and event planning industries. Before joining the Dagen financial placement division, Laura worked for HBK Capital Management, where she interacted with people from all levels and across all departments. She takes a special interest in learning about her candidates to place them in the right company. Her attention to detail and ability to understand the qualities her client is looking for in a candidate make her an excellent resource. Originally from Fort Worth, Laura graduated with her BS in Advertising/Public Relations from Texas Christian University. In addition, she’s an avid reader, runner, and coffee drinker. She lives in North Texas with her husband, two children, and a dog named Brody.

About Cathy:

Specializes in: Corporate Positions, Benefits, Payroll, and Human Resources

Cathy Merriett recently joined the Dagen Personnel team as a Recruiter! Cathy is an HR Professional with 20 years of experience specializing in Recruiting, Benefits Administration, and HR Management. She has worked in the Oil and Gas, EPC, Pipeline, and Healthcare industries. Cathy has her PHR as well as an A.A.S. Degree in Business from State University of New York at Canton. With her vast knowledge, background, and experience, she is a great addition to the Dagen team. Cathy also enjoys working at the Hobby Center in Houston as a Floor Captain and singing with the Praise Team at her church. She and her husband have a son who lives in Houston and a daughter in Steamboat Springs, Colorado.

About Jim:

Specializes in: Finance and Information Technology

Jim Mathis has more than 25 years of experience working in the mutual fund, banking, hedge fund, and financial software industries. He has spent the past 13 years working as a software consultant primarily focused on the hedge fund industry. His diverse and first-hand-experience business background provides a unique advantage when trying to fit the right recruit with the right employment opportunity. Jim holds a BA in Economics from UCLA and an MBA in Finance from the University of San Francisco. He lives in Dallas with his wife and two children and spends most of his spare time running his kids from one activity to the next.

About Amanda:

Specializes in: HR and Payroll

Amanda Lynn has been with Dagen since 2013. Amanda is involved in the daily operations and communications with candidates and clients. Amanda has been a key contributor in setting up an online system where candidates can access their paperwork and payroll remotely. She has extensive experience in payroll, accounting, and benefits. Amanda works with our clients to get policies in place for each contractor and to answer any questions they have about invoicing or payments. Amanda has a daughter in high school and a son in college at Southern Illinois University. She is an avid OU fan, loves getting to know new people, and enjoys traveling with friends.

About Ronnie:

Ronnie Meaux was the Controller for Axens North America’s Regional Operations Center after working as a Controller in the chemical manufacturing industry. He worked as US Controller for Champion Technologies, Inc., a production chemical company, for 13 years. Prior to Champion Technologies he worked as the controller for service-based industries. For 13 years he was the Vice President, Treasurer, Principal Accounting Officer and Controller of Nutrition for Life International, Inc. Ronnie is an avid golfer, tennis player, and he enjoys traveling with his wife. Ronnie received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from McNeese State University in Lake Charles, LA.

About Alli:

Alli White is a relationship driven Account Executive who thrives in meeting new business leaders. Born and raised in Brenham, Alli earned a BS in Education with a focus on History and Political Science from Abilene Christian University, where she also played softball. She credits her experience as a student-athlete for forming her strong work ethic, discipline, and resiliency. Alli’s competitive nature makes her a natural at negotiations while juggling school and sports made her a master of organization and multitasking.

Alli and her husband reside in a Houston golf course community with their two dogs, Letty and Mac. In her free time, she can be found golfing, fishing, and spending time with her family on their Brenham ranch.
